This class promotes self discipline, flexibility, physical fitness, confidence in a fun and friendly atmosphere.  From your first day here, you will begin practicing self defense.  We don't believe in sit down time.  You can do that at home.  You will get 1 1/2 hours of top rated training from some of the best instructors in the metroplex.  If you want to compete in tournaments, you will learn how to become the best!  Many of our students have become Texas State Champions.  You could be next!  Only costs involved are the class fees that are paid to Allen Recreation Center and the uniform and Federation fee that is paid to the Instructor of $40.  Call now and start learning Real Kung Fu!!!
