Kick Boxing Classes

Guaranteed to make you sore, get you in shape, while having fun!

This class will teach you proper punching and kicking skills and give you a great work out.  We typically begin the class with 30 minutes of burnout  exercises.  From there we will work on skill and techniques.  This class is 1 hour non-stop workout. 

All classes are taught by Master Instructor Sifu Tony Jordan.
